I posted this on Facebook and decided to repost it here in case I ever need to find it in the future, not that I see any reason why I would need to.

 

OMG: If I read another article on the worst things to eat to build muscle.
Let me make this easy. Here are 5 things you should never eat or drink.

 

1. Pond Water that looks like it has oil in it. This oil is NOT a healthy fat.

 

2. Any type of substance than comes out of the ass of anything. While I am sure full of fiber and nitrogen it is NOT good for you.

 

3. Sharp Metal Objects - While many may offer these to you to eat it is NOT because they want you to make serious GAINZ.

 

4. Rocks and or Pebbles - You may think this is a great way to add weight BUTT they will come out one way or another and it will not be pleasant. Also NOT good for your teeth.

 

5. Anything offered to you by a super skinny person. Just think about this one for a minute and you figure out why this is a bad idea.

6. BONUS: Don't drink gasoline. It is not an energy drink.

This is seriously about as dumb as some of the other articles I have seen.
