Customer Service

We’re looking for individuals who can graciously and intelligently take telephone orders, answer in-depth product inquiries and guide customers through product troubleshooting. Reasonable typing skills are required. Our ideal candidate will also have:

• A love for helping people
• Inbound call center experience (preferably two years)
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem solving skills
• The ability to thrive in a chaotic and fast-paced team environment
• Fitness/strength training experience

• Designing websites using HTML, XHTML, Java Script, Dreamweaver,ASP.Net, .Net framework, C#, Com+, XML Web Services, CSS, etc.
• Strong background using Quickbooks and various Microsoft tools and technologies
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Working with existing development and graphics team
• Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Communicating ideas with web development team
• Work with the current artistic style of EliteFTS.com

• Highly talented web designer in an ecommerce environment
• High level skills in designing websites and web related graphics
• Expert skills in Photoshop 7, Illustrator 10, Indesign CS2, Visual Interdev, Visual Studio 2005
• Ability to work in conjunction with others
• 2-4 years of leadership/management experience
• At least 5 years industry experience out of which 4 years strong "hands on" web application development.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
