Jason Pegg

SGT Jason Pegg was stationed with the 1st Brigade, 82nd Airborne division of the United States Army in Fort Bragg, NC. On his third deployment to a combat theatre in 2005, in western Afghanistan, he sustained a serious arm injury from an IED (roadside bomb). As a result, he spent 18 months at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, including three months as an inpatient. Two and a half years after not being able to squat 315 pounds with a safety squat bar, Jason has squatted 900 pounds, deadlifted 700+, and has a PR of 565 in the bench.

Ted Tolston

Ted Toalston is a 30 year-old a warehouse supervisor from Columbus, Ohio. At 5’9”, 190, with a 1590 total under his belt (565/425/600) at his first powerlifting meet in January 2009, Ted’s goal is an elite ranking in the IPA in the 198 pound class. Molly Edwards

Molly Edwards is a personal trainer from Grove City, Ohio, and a graduate of Defiance College. In her first powerlifting meet, she totaled 1120 (415/275/430), which is 100 pounds over an elite total for the 165 pound class. Matt McGorry
"The Unlikely Powerlifter"

Matt is a personal trainer and powerlifter born, raised, and currently residing in Manhattan, New York City. He began working with a trainer as a 14-year-old who couldn't do a single pushup, and has since been deeply involved in the fitness and performance industry for the last 9 years. Matt is a contributor for T-Nation.com and has been featured in various print magazines such as Men's Fitness and Life & Style. He trains primarily by himself in commercial gyms. Having competed for two years, Matt's best total is 1,220 pounds (400/275/545) in the USAPL Raw 181 pound class. His deadlift currently ranks him #30 in the Raw 181 pound class. MattMcGTraining.com

Jason Adams
"The Quest for Mass"

Jason Adams has been training for over fifteen years, beginning his powerlifting career in 2002 in the 220 pound class. That year, he co-founded the Confederate Barbell Club with Jim Wendler and Kevin Deweese, where all three lifters totaled elite while training in a one car garage. Jason’s best powerlifting total to date is 1970 pounds, with an 800 squat, 570 bench and 650 deadlift. He finished 2007 and 2008 in Powerlifting USA’s top 10 rankings. Jason has now started bodybuilding, competing in his first meet, the Mike Francois Classic, on May 9, 2009, and winning the novice middleweight division.
