ELITE FTS MEMBER COSGROVE LEADS CHARGE TO RAISE
MONEY FOR LEUKEMIA AND LYMPHOMA SOCIETY
London, Ohio (April 20, 2007) — Team EliteFTS member and two-time cancer survivor Alwyn Cosgrove has organized a group of the industry’s top strength and fitness trainers to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, creating an 800-page book on CD entitled, “Lift Strong.”
This book features expert advice and motivational stories focusing on a variety of topics ranging from improving a personal training regimen to overcoming some of life’s obstacles.

in return for a $25 donation, all of which will go to the Leukemia and
Lymphoma Society. Elite Fitness Systems is also one of three vendors
distributing this product.
“This is the first time the strength training community has stepped
up as one for a cause in a long time,” said Cosgrove, a sport-specific
personal trainer and Tae kwon-do international champion. “To be able to
get the caliber of trainers and authors to donate their time and help us
fight cancer is a testament to the types of people we have in this
industry.”
Overall 57 writers, many of who have had their work published in
national magazines, contributed to the book. Nine of these writers are
