Velcro won't hold
The first few month of using this belt was great, it was extremely comfortable, and does not dig into my mid section as I do deadlifts, squats, and whatever. However, around 6-7 month in, the velcro just won't hold anymore, it pops off on the slightest pressure, thought I was using it too tight, try to make it slightly looser without compromising any support, and still won't hold. Overall, I can't recommend this belt stick to a belt with a traditional buckle or latch.
was good at first
I really liked this belt when I got it but after using it a few weeks its not holding. It keeps busting off during a set. The Velcro is not holding well at all. I have a small waist so there is plenty of Velcro to grab. Not sure what happened, just wont hold.
I tried to use the Inzer lever belt but the belt kept digging into my sides while deadlifting or squatting made it near impossible to complete the lift. Not to mention, I feel claustrophobic and feel like passing out when in a belt. I ended up lifting belt less.
I want to hit some big pr's and not wanting to be a fitness hipster, I looked more into this belt and positive reviews. I'm glad I did. The flexibility makes it more comfortable to complete the lifts but still gives the rigid support for a neutral back and abdominal pressure. I use this belt for squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses and haven't looked back since. Also, belt is pretty light compared to a leather belt handy for public train commuters.
Design is pretty cool too. It reminds me of my jiu-jitsu gi with my white belt.
