The longer we've been in the lifting game, the more we come to appreciate little victories. We are prone to experience plateaus forcing us to adapt in order to achieve and overcome them. Whether it's adding a day of accessories you hate, changing a program you've been doing for to long and no longer benefit from, or feel like you're just not working hard enough- all of the above can be very frustrating.

I say this because after 2 years of setting a goal to squat 320, I finally was able to achieve it and then some. My training has changed so much within the last year and I still continue to learn through trial and error. You can expect the unexpected in this game, and I think that's the most frustrating yet most exciting part about it.

My new training cycle starts after this week. I took this week to test out my numbers. Plans are to do the Lexxen Qualifier meet in October- 18 weeks out.
