This is the new bicep exercise I came up with using the Elitefts short band
6/9- Raw Bench with some variety
I’ve never been a fan of high reps since I think they’re more likely to just increase muscle endurance, but

My shoulders seemed to hold up a little better today. I still have a long way to go.
5/1- Raw Deadlifts
405 still feels pretty heavy. I'm looking forward to it one day feeling light again. Give me some more time. It will happen.
4/27- Raw Squats w/video
This was the first day that I’ve squatted without my knees being inflamed and in pain for a while. Hopefully things will keep going in this direction.
4/26- Back and Bis
I didn’t get as much done as I would have liked to in this session, but it was good for some variety.
4/24- Raw Deads
I still feel like I have more to do and have plans to use my strength and the gym to continue to give back. I can’t do it if I’m weak. Stay tuned.

My joints are still hurting, a lot, but they seem to gradually be improving on the new med.

3/26- Deadlifts
This is the heaviest I’ve gone in a long time, so hopefully things keep moving in this direction.

I couldn’t believe how heavy 225 felt, even off of a 3 board, but Tyler reminded me that I wouldn’t have been able to bench it at all a few weeks ago. Baby steps. Baby steps.
3/20- Raw Deadlifts
I still have a long way to go. It seems like my accessory work is gradually increasing but my main 3 lifts aren’t, at least not yet.
