Casey Williams after finishing his college football career at Bucknell University, he dove into powerlifting in 2010. He won the 242 class at RUM 7 and 8 in 2014/2015.His best lifts to date are an 810 squat, 540 bench, and 738 deadlift with a 2088 total at 242 raw with wraps. He also hit a 2300lb total in his only single ply meet going 850-650-800. In 2020, he opened Victory Float Lounge in Pittsburgh, PA and continues to Live, Learn, Pass On through coaching strength athletes online.

January will be full of sh*t — with lots of steps. Step one will be a drug change for my ulcerative colitis. I'll be switching from Humira to potentially Remicaid. Step two will be rehab for my rotator cuff tear. Step three will be training around both of these while raising puppies and dealing with a busy gym. Oh, and I have approximately two doctor appointments per week. Watch and read as I find the good in all of these!

Following Boss of Bosses V, Casey is ready to get back to it. Follow along as Josh Bryant programs for him — reducing stress levels and sharing training knowledge. Already up 10 pounds of mass (with the help of Tim Tams, chocolate cookies, and icecream) Casey's immediate goal is to go from 236-238 pounds up to 250-255 pounds. His diet will tighten up and training will consist of a lot of volume. Consider the discipline and stress management on Casey's end to get his weight up.
