Jo is currently ranked in the top-5 at 275 among multi-ply lifters and number 1 for Masters 40-49. Jo's best lifts are a 1015 squat, 680 bench and 705 deadlift — a 2400 pound total. Jo is married with three daughters (16, 13, and 8). He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Recreation Management. He is the practice manager of his wife's veterinary clinic as well as a stay-at-home dad. He resides in Orlando, Florida where he trains at Orlando Barbell.
