Standing long ab pulldowns 6x8

Back work-neutral bar, MAg Close grip, MAG girp wide 6x10 each

Band seated rows 6x10

Band pushdowns 6x20

Bench with stump strap and 25lb, looper strap with 4 chains per side 6x5 reps

3/22 Upper clean up

Bow tie work to loosen up 5 mins

Shoulder rok 8x5 per arm

Duffalo bar bench light reps

Ab work 8x8

Tricep pump work 4x failure.

 

Spud
