i have been in a conditioning mood. The nice thing about not having a meet coming anytime soon is that I can do what I want when I want. With the summer off I want to do a lot more conditioning. My goal is to get two sessions of something in every day. Whether it's training, conditioning, or recovery related.
I forgot to journal I did prowler pushes after ohp day on Monday. I hate the prowler, but I need to embrace the hate.
MONDAY
-OHP session
-Prowler sprints 8x40 yards
TUESDAY
-5 minute warm up, 20 minute Fartlek run, 5 minute cool down
-4 minute squat thrust tabata
-Foam roll
