You have no idea how much fun we have been having. Brian has been here a few days and we have lit a fire in the gym several times! We have had so many laughs and met so many great people that I just can't put it all out in writing. One day soon I'll have to post a video just of all the crazy things that have happened...but nobody would believe it!

So it is deadlift day and Brian has a cracked rib (Alligator Wraslin') and respiratory/sinus infection...and a 7 year old 🙂 None of those things incorportate very well into a deadlift!
