Okay been doing a crappy job posting workouts----I will do better, we have moved to Southlake, TX so I am close to a commercial gym and its get cold, so I will start training more "traditional" and less functional during the winter

Here is today's

Cluster Set Rear Delt--8 reps, rest 15 seconds for 5 minutes on reverse pec deck, I don't pace--shot my wad early (attempted to heavy and 3:18 had to reduce weight by 1/3)

Cluster Set BW fly on TRX, do 5 reps rest 30 sec, 5 minute...........great pump, I want to work this to the same on 15 sec with feet elevated

Lateral Raise on machine--5 minute cluster set did 6 reps, rest 15 sec, 5 minutes beyond 3 minutes increased to 10 reps, 6 was too easy.......

One Arm Tricep Pushdown back in forth five reps for 5 minutes

On to more news worthy--my long time client, Brandon Cass, whom just successfully beat cancer (he said I can say that publicly now it was a secret) broke Jesse Kellum's all-time raw squat record at 220!  He hit 740 @ 217, he will do 800...............here is the video
