Great week this week as I continue to close in on my deadline of Thanksgiving weekend to see how lean I can get.  I believe I have 5 weeks left but without many carbs right now and down another 2.5 pounds so far this week (will likely be more by tomorrow morning), I am a little foggy in the brain.  Weight is 211 and I would love to get to 210 by the weekend but whether I do or not I will certainly break that mark next week, for sure.

I am still training M,W,F and the first two sessions of the week I honestly don't even feel like I am dieting that hard.  However, I feel beat up for my Friday sessions, though.  Everything is heavy, not much of a pump but the workouts are still solid.  I try to do more of my heavier work earlier in the week, obviously, to take advantage of the calories from Sunday Skiploads.  By Friday I am doing more isolation and taking my reps a little higher as I am just not in a position to try to move a lot of weight.

Diet is very low in fat and only 1 carb meal pre-workout and with postworkout carbs.  On non-training days I have no carbs other than what is in a couple tablespoons of peanut butter.  Skipload is all day Sunday and about 3 hours prior to bed on Saturday nights.  This is similar to what I did for my last show in 2012 and it worked beautifully.

Supposed to get blood work this week but was swamped with work so it will get done next week and it will be interesting to see where my blood numbers are while on TRT dosing.  I anticipate they will be good but ... you never know until you see them in front of you.

5 weeks left to get to at least 205 but still shooting for that 200 mark.  I think I can make it but I admit that I would prefer to not have to push to "prep mode" and force it to happen.  I don't compete anymore so I would prefer not to diet that hard and do that much cardio.  lol  I am still on only 4 sessions of cardio per week but the last 2 weeks I have cut out the last 2 sessions of the week due to progressing so well that I didn't feel it was needed.  I basically check my weight and progress on Thursday morning and if it is good and I am dropping then I don't do cardio on Thursday and possibly not on Friday, either.   If things slow down next week I will have the cardio right back in there.

Yeah, Yeah, I'll post before and afters when I finish these last 5 weeks.  I will admit that I will probably find the final product less than "awesome" but I have to get my brain ready for the fact that I am not cycling anymore and simply focus on how good and how big and how conditioned I can be at a much smaller weight.  I already look in the mirror and try not to remind myself that at 211 I would be about 4 weeks from a show.  I am not that tight right now but I will continue to push forward.
