In case you are wondering...Louiza and Koula plan to compete in a powerlifting meet in Cyprus in December. They have some goals but mostly they just want to get some lifts in. I can't say enough about these two great ladies but they are also keeping it exciting for my wife to at least BE AT the gym as well to help them.
I'm having some squat issues, mostly trying to figure out where to put the freaking Texas Squat Bar! It seems to roll, slide, fall off of my traps, etc...and I just can't get tight! I was talking with Matt Ladewski the day before this Squat and he reminded me of a video THAT I MADE a year or more ago where I suggested to someone who was extra flexible to actually WIDEN their grip out to gain tightness. Guess what...he and I were right! Fell right into place!
