Tuesday

  • Push-ups (elevated): 129 reps in 20 minutes
  • Inverted Rows: 134 reps in 20 minutes
  • Hurdle-unders: 50 reps
  • Pull-aparts: 100

Wednesday

  • 60 minute weighted vest walk around campus (I did not move at a fast pace.  I just enjoyed being outside and walking around.  Stopped by volleyball and then softball practice.

Thursday

  • SSB Box Squat: 155x5/155x5/205x5/245x5/265x5/FSL: 5x10@225
  • DB Incline: 5x10 w/20's/3x5 w/25's
  • Hammer Row: 50 reps w/2 plates

Last day of training for a week.  I'm heading to Arkansas to see my mom and sister.  I'll be put to work in the field so I'll be active.  I'm hoping the time off will continue to help my shoulder/biceps tendon recover.
