Monday

Hammer rows manyx10 per

Bench worked up to some speed work at 275x3x5

Rep work to finish on bench

Lying blue band triceps extension 4x12

Shoulder rok work 4x8 each way

Spent 3 days after xmas closing up a store and then over the week cleaning up and moving stuff at the gym and other remaining store. You never know how much stuff you accumulate over the years. I already feel better mentally knocking down half of your day to day frustrations.  Got a few more things to get straightened out and ready for the new year.
