With 1 week to go, we've been pushing pretty hard. As I mentioned before, Anne Sheehan has been having me do a lot of slow concentric and slow eccentric movements. It has really done wonders for me!!
At 3 weeks out, I was sitting at 200g protein, 150ish carbs and 40g fat. I was given a high carb day of 400g carbs. Then we were right back on track.
At 12 days out, I was given another high carb day, but double cardio. The reason was to get a good response from the carbs but keep burning calories. At 9 days out, we did another high carb day with double cardio. Body responded really well to both of those days! It was helpful to see how my body would respond to a carb up. 9 days out was also my last hard leg day.
From here on out, we will carb deplete and then carb up the day before!! Stay tuned!!
