I basically feel like I am in prep mode - and I don't like being in prep mode when I am not competing.  lol   However, it is a necessary evil in that I do want to make sure that I am in the condition I want for the filming of the training footage.

1 week down and 3 weeks to go and if this week is any indication, I will be exactly where I want to be - maybe even earlier than my deadline.  In fact, I am quite shocked at how well this week went.  I am not holding anywhere near as much water from the MK because I am running a small (very small) dose of hctz.  Not only is it keeping the water from the MK off of me but my blood pressure dropped a little bit when I started it, as well.

Diet is pretty bland but ... that is to be expected.  I am not terribly hungry and that is a great sign because the added hunger from the MK seems to have dropped off at least some.  I was RAVENOUS the first few weeks that I was on it but it isn't anything bad now.

I loaded for 2 days last weekend and then had such great progress this week that I was considering doing another 2 day load this weekend but I am not going to.  I am going to go with a 1 day load and if progress seems to fall off next week then I definitely know that I will need the 2 day load.  This week I am already down almost 3 pounds.

Sidenote that has nothing to do with my training or diet:  It is odd to me that gyms have so many rules these days about filming video.  I didn't have to contend with ANY of this when I did the first DVD in 2010/2011 but I am not going to be able to shoot the training footage at my current gym because they are citing "filming of video" rules as to why I can't do it.  My gym is pissing me off, anyway, with the new clientele sitting on machines playing on their phone and that sort of thing so I am going to head up to my buddy's badass gym in Ft Collins (Iron Prodigy) and do the training footage there.  I would train there on the regular if it wasn't so far away.

Still using the SCGS compound with great results even when loading for 2 days.  Last weekend I loaded for 2 days and the load wasn't even that clean due to being out of town for a show and Monday in the gym - holding little to now water subq.

Cardio is a breeze as I am only doing 3 sessions per week and will not increase it.  I am letting the diet do the work as I simply do not want to do a ton of cardio right now.

Skipload this weekend will be:
My Sunday bfast specialty here at the house of low fat biscuits and gravy, with low fat cream cheese and low fat cheese covered with tater tots and a couple whole eggs and turkey sausage.

I will still do my burger of choice at TAG Burger, fries and a shake.

Finish with Sushi for dinner.

A little bit of snacking here and there in between but I don't snack anywhere near as much as I used to.  I do far more "meal" type foods for my Skiploads these days.
