So it is Saturday evening and all I can think about is "have I done everything that I need to do in order to be prepared for Strongman Sunday?" so I start checking my gym bag, preparing all of my supplements, and cooking as much food as possible.

I'm tired and a little worn down because my wife has been in Croatia for a few days and I've been training, working, and taking care of a 9 week old son and an 8 year old son that I'm taking care of all day and all night, every night, without a break. So in being prepared for tomorrow's training session I'm cooking for Saturday night and Sunday morning (lunch/pre-training).
