Friday's Weightlifting training was less than stellar BUT I achieved what I sat out to do!

1) Don't rip a callous off of my hand
2) Use this as a "movement" day as well as flexibility, mobility, and recovery
3) Don't get hurt

After I had achieved all of that by stinking up the place with Snatch and Clean and Jerk I decided to work on my RAW WITH Squat!
