I have been very busy and stressed out the last few weeks.  I haven't done a good job of keeping my training log up to date, nor have I given any updates on the training ideas that I'm running with my athletes.  Life gets in my way sometimes.

Here's a quick catch-up on what I've been doing.  I plan to write an update of my plans for winter break and winter training for my teams.  I have some solid ideas on paper.  Just finalizing the plan and go from there.

Tuesday: Played basketball for 2 hours.

Wednesday: Bike: 30 minutes

Thursday: Deadlift

Saturday night I just had the urge to train so I did it.

Really looking forward to the end of football season.  I need the physical and mental break.  Been a long year.
