*Added 30lb Weighted Vest for fun

  • Push-ups: 5x10
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • RFESS/DB Clean from floor: 3x5 each/2x5 each

The vest added a little misery to this.  Got through it in about 20 minutes.  No rush, just took my time, performed good, solid reps and got done what was on the docket.
