A lot of people asked for my numbers. I think I have gotten away from posting my training because I have gotten so weak, but that's another story for another log post. I was sick as sh!t last week so I had to skip a few days. I thought I was better and then it just kept kicking my ass. With that in mind, here's my update.

I'm digging the bb style training so far. It's a nice break from the volume of the big lifts. I've done a little tempo work for time under tension. Just a way to make lighter weight feel heavy.

This is also a good way to pass some training time while I get to weight for my meet cycle. I want to be down to 216 by then. I'm 220.5 now. I should hit that within the next three weeks I hope.

Other than that, the body is feeling good. Jess saw a cool ql stretch on some local cable channel that has really brought my thoracic issues around. I'm about as pain free as I can ever remember. Good times.

-Bent over raises 5 2x10
-EZ bar curls 60 3x10
-Kb curls 25 3x6

-Airdyne 45 minutes
-Squat thrust tabata
-Jump rope tabata

WEDNESDAY - LEGS
-Sick/skipped

THURSDAY
-Walk 20 minutes w/20 lb weight vest

FRIDAY - CHEST AND TRICEPS
-Bench 265/305/345x5
-Dumbbell bench 80 4x10
-Dips bw 4x10
-Ez curl bar tri ext 60 3x10
-Pushups x31, x21

SATURDAY - BACK
-Dead squat bar dl 315/360/405x5
-T-bar row 135/145/160/170x10
-Pullups varied grips 4x10
-Back raise w/25 lb kb 4x10
-Ab wheel 4x10

SUNDAY
-Sick/skipped
