This was the last week of the cycle.  I'm feeling pretty good.  My quad is bothering me a little bit.  Nothing major, just a little tightness.  The time off over spring break will feel good.  Now, I should just make sure I'm stretching more, but that's obviously too much to ask of myself.  Nonetheless, I feel pretty good.

  • Hammer Row: 5x10
  • Shrugs: 5x10

Testing myself this week.  I'm curious as to where I am and what I'll need to do to hit what I want in June.
