Hey I know it's been awhile, so I dug out the camera and filmed an every day look at my training and I dragged my girl, Nic, along for the ride. A seemingly laid back session down to the random internet radio playlists and BS between sets, but I don't really need to get all jacked up to work hard. We put in the effort and enjoyed the company.

I won't write it up because you can just watch it for yourself.

**You might notice my left shoulder during the dumbbell row looking a little "loose" and almost like I was jerking it a bit. That's the side that was a bit pissy after a rugged dip set on wide handles. Instead of retaking the video, I'll just let you learn from me. I'm glad I filmed it. I dropped the weight down and did all the rest of my sets tighter. If shoulder health is an issue, you should keep your shoulder "in the socket" and tight, so as not to flare the situation.
