I want to take this time to thank everyone who helped me get to where I am.

I want to thank Dave Tate and everyone at elitefts™ for being there for me, not only with the support of the gear needed to lift, but the comradery of being part of a one of kind team and the obligation that comes along with being part of that team. Now you may be thinking, saying being part of the team is an obligation, then why do it? Well I look at it as a positive.  Sometimes obligations get you through times where it would be easier to just quit or do less. I like obligations because they are a necessary evil in my opinion. I think some of the most successful people in the world agree, that at some point, they knew people were relying on them and kept going solely because of obligation.

I want to thank USPlabs for providing me with quality supplements that have helped me get through some very tough workouts and also helping keep my body in one piece. I attribute a part of being injury free to Super Cissus, it’s amazing!

I want to thank everyone at Omaha Barbell, for being reliable and encouraging training partners. Some guys don’t have enough people to even lift in gear and some days we have 20+ people lifting, that’s a very special atmosphere that not many people get to experience.

I want to give a special thanks to the people who came out to handle, especially Brian Mull, without his wrapping, I’m nothing!

I want to thank the great Al Caslow for doing my squat programming and helping me with any questions I have throughout my training cycle. He's a one of a kind person and I’m glad I have him in my corner!

I want to thank my family who came out in full support and stayed the whole time. I know how boring meets can be, especially when the total time spent lifting is about 10 minutes.  You make it that much more worth it!

I want to give a special shout out to Bryan Sweet, who runs the office when I’m not around so I can think only about lifting!

I want to congratulate everyone at Omaha Barbell for having a great meet.

Mandy Bennett had a huge squat of 402, a 32-pound PR. She had a decent bench, not a pr, but a solid one of 198 pounds. She had a huge meet PR with a 352 -pound deadlift. Overall, she had a 28-pound PR total as well!!! I want to congratulate one of my best friends Drew Kleymann for going 9/9 in his first meet! He went 771, 413,633 for an 1,817 pound total at 237 drug free in loose gear. If he continues in the sport, he could be a monster for sure! I want to congratulate the rest of the team, I know there were lots of PRs, too many to list, I’m proud of you all!

A shout out to Rodney Wood and everyone who helped put on the meet with 65ish lifters and over by 645 attendees, pretty impressive!

A shout out to team SOS and Stone Gym with a ton of great lifters and I know numerous guys had PRs!
