These rack ropes are 9 feet long and come with the metal hooks and nylon straps to attach them to your chin bar or power rack. The nylon straps are 12" long and can fit over any chin bars or power rack that is 3x3 steel tubing or smaller. The metal clip is 4 inches long and attaches the rope to the nylon strap.
The rope is 1.5- or 2-inches think; you choose.
