WRAPPING KNEES FOR 800 PLUS LB SQUATTERS

If you have never wrapped knees you have no idea why I would put this in my training. Seriously though, wrapping knees is hard work. It's grip and forearm strength and mine are fried right now. I wrapped for Ken and I wrapped for Matt. They have to be really really tight so it takes alot of work to do this.
I am feeling more confident in my training this week. My knee is feeling better which is a bonus. Another trip tomorrow to see Dr. Ken Kinakin to get my body tuned up!
