After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

I'm officially a married man! Maybe I get some "husband strength", kind of like how after you have a kid you get "dad strength". Wishful thinking.
Anyways, after working at the gym until 9pm, I cranked out a quick back workout. A rather good one, I might admit. I'm still trying to tinker around with training splits while I've got an odd week. I'll be leaving for Caribbean in a matter of days, so if I can find something consistent that I like, I'll run with it when I get back. I really just want to be able to put together a good off season bench cycle, and see if I can do another bench only meet by the end of the year.
