Heath is something you should never take for granted.

On Wed Oct 5th, 2016 I watched my big Sister take her last breath. This week's training has taken a back burner while my family and I deal with this terrible loss. I will come back stronger and fight for my platform spot at the Worlds in honour of my Sister, Susan.

I was training alone today so I had no hand off. I am  still feeling really down so I kept it light. I am 5 weeks out from the Worlds, I need to get this training cranking in the next 3 weeks.
