I'm putting the extra Christmas carbs to good use this weekend aha.
Squats went well, and I was able to get through the entire session without bugging my SI, which was bugging me after a little flare up a few weeks ago.
This was my third time squatting against chains, and I'm getting used to the feel of walking the bar out without getting tossed around.
