Meet week is here, time to do some light training to finish things off.

I had a major assignment due today at noon, and spent all day yesterday working on it, so opted to combine both my light squat and bench session into one.

Everything was easy and felt light, which was exactly the plan. I worked through everything pretty quickly, I've grown to have a distaste for taking long breaks between lifts, so just loaded the bar and went as soon as I felt ready. Don't mistake this for rushing, I still took my time, just not 5 minutes. I want to talk more on this at some point, but watching people sit down on their phones for 10 minutes between sets while not letting people work in is my current biggest pet peeve, and seeing it happen makes me want to work harder, so that's kinda what happened.
