Every single time I train I work on my ROM, tonight I was pleasantly surprised I was able to almost straighten my arm completely up. This is progress, yeah for me, hard work and being persistent is paying off, just 13 weeks post surgery.

Tonight I trained with two of my Outlaws who have missed quite a few sessions due to other commitments, tonight they were back with vengence!

A wide variety of training tonight, trying to get my conditioning back, my ROM and strength back. Using a 26 Lb kettlebell for highpulls is great progress.

My girls need some extra conditioning as well, we will be working hard over the next few months to get them back to competition ready !
