Honestly felt like I totally forgot how to Deadlift today. Things moved a bit better after some tinkering around with some mashing and mobility work-- then trying to "grease the groove" with warmups and rediscovering my set up (and try to improve upon it).
It's not that I haven't taken technique seriously prior to this cycle, but I'm determined to fine tune my Sumo Deadlift so I can hit that 500lbs deadlift milestone that has eluded me thus far! I was close to 500 in my first ~1.5 as an 84kg lifter-- and now I'm close again as a 72kg lifter. Lots of lessons learned, and now that it's right around the corner once again-- I'm HUNGRY for it.
