I reminded myself why I don't do this very often. I suck at it and it's embarrassing.

315x1- Barely! No spot and there were other people around. Not being humiliated is the only reason I got it.

I just flat benched 405x1 easily and my PR is 430. So to suck at these so bad is embarrassing. That being said, I will probably rotate these in as an accessory movement and see if it helps my flat bench.
