Wednesday I was back in the rec to get in some extra lower body work. This was pretty high volume, but I kept everything still pretty light to promote some blood flow. After the cold ass session I had on Tuesday, it was certainly nice to get in some recovery as I was feeling pretty stiff. Just simple stuff, and in and out.
