Duffalo bar squat
My first time squatting with the duffalo bar, and honestly, didn't see any benefit since my grip is narrow. Working on controlling both the eccentric and concentric on these.

I did these strictly for fun. I like messing around with some olympic lifts in the off season. I kept the weight light and tried focusing on technique. Turns out my technique isn't very good and fell back at the bottom of one. Watch for a chuckle.
