I have been incapable of training my legs because of my knees.  When some people say " I have bad knees" they stop doing everything or just take some meds and goes away. I literally do not have enough structure left in my knees to do certain things. But the few exercises I can do I kill them.

This will be the protocol I follow for the rest of meet prep.

  • Single leg press
  • Split squats
  • Single leg reverse hypers
  • Oblique side bends
  • KB swings
  • Seated leg curls
