Step ups -  box set a parallel

each set was for 10 steps each leg

bodyweight x 1 set

the following were holding dumbells

20's x 1 set

30's x 1 set

40's x 1 set

50's x 1 set

60's x 1 set

70's x 1 set

 

 

dimel deadlifts - used fat grip on bar

245 for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

I have done step-ups over the last several years to help keep me balanced. I've seen good results in my legs and glute from doing them.
