This was a fun day for me. Previously my best meet/gym deadlift was 370. This training cycle I have switched to a stop/reset style for deadlifts and have found that it's really been paying off. Wedging into the bar feels 'right' for the first time, and I feel much stronger off the floor because of it. I finished off deads with a 385x2 pull before moving on to front squats.
