For anyone new to my log, I bench three times per week. The first of which is my main heavy bench (you can find this weeks heavy bench here), then I have two lighter paused days. Right now Steve has me doing one wider grip day and one close grip day. I've found this to be really beneficial in progressing my bench strength especially in the past year.
Deadlifts felt good this week. the weight moved well and again I had zero back pain. Hoorah!
