After pulling Sumo for a few weeks, and feeling really comfortable pulling light weight, I finally got to train with 300lbs again. I was really happy with how the weight felt, and how my body held up.
My Pelvic floor physio is this Thursday and I'm really looking forward to seeing what the doc thinks!
