So after my last high carb day I actually hit a new all time low of 184. That blew my mind especially after a high carb day but whatever, my nutrition coach is a boss. This morning I was actually up a lb but that was probably due to minor slip ups on my part but nothing to be worried about.

My regimen looks something like this

saturday - today increased sodium all meals and 1.25 gallons of water
tues - wed 1.75 gallons of water
Thurs - drop salt after first 2 meals, 1.25 gallons by 5pm

we will see how this goes!
