I have been fighting some shoulder pain for the past few months and I decided to give a slingshot/catapult/benchbra whatever a try. Or at least for what they were designed for and not just loading up more weight than I can do raw. And by gum I think its starting work. I've been doing my working sets in one of these for about a month and I think its helping.
