After a hard week of training, and some dealings with my own personal demons (depression and anxiety etc etc) I wanted to go to the gym today and prove to myself that everything I've done is worth it. I am confident that it is, sometimes you just have to enter the void and leave the struggles of life outside and focus on the pain and struggle in the gym.
