Six months post-operation of a right shoulder supraspinatus reattachment, Jo is back to the drawing table primarily rebuilding his bench press. Read as he begins his prep for the return of the WPO scheduled for November 11th in Orlando, Florida. He plans on competing in the 275-pound weight class against some of the best-equipped lifters in the world.
