Session

This session was ROUGH, I was not expecting to almost be stapled with 375, especially since last week went SO well and the prep meet 360ish moved super fast. I was pleased that I grinded this out and not have a repeat of Monday. I was having a very hard time with lat activation so hoping I am still recovering from the travels of the weekend prior
