Today was same old same old.  Nothing too exciting.  Like I said, I basically just go in and pick from a handful of exercises & do whatever feels good.  Today looked something like this:

Stretching & Bracing

Pull Ups: 4x10

Chest Supported Rows: 30lb 4x20

Shrugs: 30lbs 4x20

Leg Press: 80lbs 4x10
