Monday at Kettlebell sport training we were celebrating Bethany's 38th Birthday. I am thankful for such young people in my classes to keep the reps low! Sorry for the delay in posting this but after this class I took sick and have been in bed ever since. That flu bug got to me and I was nice enough to share with Ken.

Now that was actually a lot of work, you can make it harder by using a heavier bell or easier if you want to switch hands after each move, the choice is yours. Some of us rested between sets and Bethany and Shannon did the entire session no rest, took about 25 mins.
